Founder
Jackie founded Little Dreamers Childcare Center with a vision of providing a safe, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. With over 20 years of experience, she remains deeply committed to supporting families and the dedicated staff who make Little Dreamers feel like home.
Kwanda Hudson
Director/Pre-K Teacher
Kwanda holds a master's degree and has over 15 years of teaching experience. She prepares students for kindergarten with confidence and care. She also plays a vital role in managing Little Dreamers administrative duties to ensure compliance, safety, and quality are maintained at all times.
Braden Smith
Chief Executive Officer
Braden leads the strategic growth and long-term vision of Little Dreamers. Working alongside the center's leadership team, he focuses on enhancing the parent experience, investing in staff development, expanding programs, and ensuring Little Dreamers continues to provide a safe, affordable, and high-quality environment.
Joselyn Luckett
Lead Infant Teacher
Jocelyn is our Lead Infant Teacher and has over three years of experience caring for and nurturing infants. She creates a calm, loving environment where our youngest Little Dreamers feel safe, secure, and ready to explore the world around them.
Sheqwanda Burks
Infant Teacher
Shaquanda is one of our dedicated Infant Teachers and brings over five years of experience caring for babies. She is known for her gentle, attentive approach and creates a warm, predictable routine that helps our youngest Little Dreamers feel safe, loved, and ready to grow.
Mamie Whitaker
One-Year-Old Teacher (Creepers)
With over 40 years of experience, Mamie provides a nurturing environment for our one-year-olds. She ensures every “creeper” feels safe and loved.
Emi Smith
Older Ones / Younger Twos Teacher
Emi is our Older Ones / Younger Twos Teacher and has over three years of experience guiding toddlers through this exciting stage of growth. She blends patience, play, and early learning to help little ones build confidence, independence, and strong social skills.
Meredith Mcgee
Two-Year-Old Teacher
Meredith has over 10 years of experience helping two-year-olds grow. She creates an encouraging space for building independence and skills.
Artavia Watts
Three-Year-Old Classroom Teacher
Artavia brings over three years of experience caring for young children and creating a calm, joyful classroom for curious three-year-olds. She is known for her gentle guidance and patient support as children learn to share, explore, and grow at their own pace.
LaTasha Marshall
After-School Teacher
With over 5 years of experience, LaTasha provides a warm and welcoming space for students after school. She offers homework help and fun group activities in a safe place.
